I am thankful to have a good job and income, however, rolling into these new ventures is putting a strain on the regular life budget. Most any athletic interest costs money at some level, and unfortunately, I feel that adaptive sports equipment adds an extra level of expense that, at times, seems ridiculous. Through my blogging, research, and networking with others, I am continually discovering and applying for new grant opportunities as available.
Below, I’ve listed a few options available to help out my kippitmoving campaign.
Athletic Development Fund:
I have an Athletic Development Fund (ADF ACCOUNT) with Adaptive Sports USA! (click link for information) – Brief information: Adaptive Sports USA will send you a receipt for your tax-deductible donation and any funds will go in an account under my name and be available for me to submit receipts for reimbursement for my athletic related expenses.
Do you use Amazon for online shopping as much as I do? Well, if you ever order anything through Amazon, please consider bookmarking this page. Use this search box to find what you’re looking for, then add to your cart and proceed with your order. This doesn’t cost you anything extra, and it gives me a little referral revenue as a percentage of every order placed through this search box.
Open Donation:
Well, I don’t have a non-profit affiliation (yet) so I can’t offer you an official, tax-deductible donation option, but I do have a paypal account setup now for kippitmoving.com and if you find yourself in a situation of being able to and wanting to donate a couple dollars here or there to helping me with on-going expenses (web hosting, adaptive sports equipment, event/travel expenses, personal ADA needs). If you choose to support my efforts via open donation, I will be happy to share where it is all spent, down to the penny.
And lastly: Keep checking back and following my blog! I appreciate all of your support in helping me to kippitmoving!
